During the build, working increments let your team check the workflow. Handover covers the code, credentials and operating instructions so ownership is practical, not just contractual.

A custom system still needs hosting, maintenance and a responsible owner. These should be planned alongside development. External API changes, data migration and unfamiliar legacy systems can affect scope; we identify these dependencies before agreeing the build.

How much does bespoke software cost?
The price depends on the workflow, number of users, integrations, data migration and security requirements. Rockmount AI agrees a fixed project price after scoping, with the plan provided before payment. Hosting and third-party services should be identified separately in that plan.
Do I own the software?
Rockmount AI hands over the delivered code, credentials and documentation. Any third-party software or services remain subject to their own licences and charges.
Do you only work with businesses in Hull?
Rockmount AI is based in Hull and works with UK businesses. Consultation can begin online; on-site assessment is considered where understanding the physical operation matters.
