Terms of Website Use
These terms apply to your use of rockmountai.com (the “site”), operated by ROCKMOUNTAI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17076705, registered office 20 Elveley Drive, West Ella, Hull, England, HU10 7RU (“Rockmount AI”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. They are separate from, and do not affect, any signed services agreement, statement of work or contract we enter into with a client for a specific project — those documents govern that engagement.
1. Who this site is for
The site is intended for businesses and individuals researching or enquiring about our software, AI and web development services. It is not directed at consumers buying goods online and does not process payments.
2. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the site design, text, graphics, case-study visuals and underlying code are owned by or licensed to Rockmount AI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.
Client names, logos and project details shown in the “Work” section belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission or as publicly available information; they do not imply any ongoing endorsement or partnership beyond the project described.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the admin area, or any connected system
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site except where you have our prior written agreement to do so as part of authorised security testing
- Introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code
- Submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful content through the enquiry form
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the site at scale without permission
We log and rate-limit form submissions and admin login attempts to protect against abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the site available, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including project outcomes, figures or timelines described in case studies) will remain current. Case studies describe specific past engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any future project.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rockmount AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under English law.
6. Links to other sites
The “Work” section links to live, client-owned websites for illustrative purposes. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those external sites.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or the law. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
