E-commerce + operational automation

A storefront customers can enjoy. An operation the team can actually run.

Turbo Nest combines a visually rich automotive store with the operational systems required behind it: order management, stock visibility, automatic customer follow-up and an internal AI assistant that helps the team find answers and complete everyday administration without hunting through several tools.

What changed

The store was only half the brief. The operation behind every order mattered just as much.

An e-commerce brand can look effortless to the customer while creating a great deal of hidden work for the team. Orders arrive from the storefront, stock changes, exceptions need attention, customers need timely information and administrators repeatedly answer the same operational questions. The build treated that entire chain as one system. The goal was simple: let customers experience a premium store while giving the internal team a dependable, understandable way to keep it moving.

The operational build

Not a website in isolation. A connected way of working.

01Fulfilment

Automated order management

Every order enters a clear operational queue with the information needed to fulfil it. Normal orders can progress through predictable stages, while exceptions — missing details, stock conflicts or holds — are separated early so the team spends its attention where judgement is actually required.

Live stock awareness

The stock layer gives the team a practical view of availability rather than a spreadsheet that is already out of date. Thresholds highlight products that are running low, order activity updates the operational picture and replenishment decisions can be made before a popular item becomes a customer problem.

Automatic follow-up that still feels human

Customers receive useful communication at the moments it helps: confirmation, fulfilment progress, delivery guidance and a considered follow-up afterwards. The timing and context come from the order itself, keeping messages relevant instead of turning the relationship into a generic email sequence.

An AI assistant for everyday administration

The internal assistant gives the team a conversational way to reach operational information. Staff can ask where an order is, which products need attention, what happened with a customer or ask for a first draft of a supplier message — with the response grounded in the systems the business already uses.

How it came together

From messy handoffs to one connected system.

01

Follow the order

The process was mapped from the moment a customer buys through fulfilment, delivery and aftercare, making every handoff and exception visible.

02

Automate the ordinary

Predictable work moves automatically. Anything unusual is surfaced with the context a person needs to make the right call quickly.

03

Make insight accessible

Instead of adding another dashboard for staff to learn, the assistant provides a natural entry point into order, stock and customer information.

The result

A commerce operation that becomes calmer as it grows.

Turbo Nest now has a stronger connection between what the customer sees and what the team needs to do next. Orders are easier to understand, inventory risks surface earlier, follow-up arrives at the right moment and routine questions no longer require a manual search across systems. The automation is deliberately quiet: customers experience a responsive brand, while the team experiences fewer loose ends.
