The right answer.
A clear next step.
Illustrative customer journey, not a live search result.
In plain English
AI search optimisation improves the pages and evidence that search assistants can use to understand your business. It combines technical SEO, useful answers and a clear route to contact you.
It is a good fit if you already have a real service to sell, but customers struggle to find it or understand why they should choose you.

“Who can help a small business in Hull automate its admin?”
For a business offering that service, we would check:
Illustrative customer question, not a claim of a ranking or recommendation.
What you get
Start with the audit. Choose implementation or ongoing review only if it makes sense for your business.
We review your priority services, the questions customers ask and the pages they find.
Turn the agreed recommendations into clearer pages and a better enquiry journey.
Review what people find, where they arrive and whether they make a useful enquiry.
The plan identifies the affected page, the issue, the recommended action and how to check the fix. Each stage is scoped and quoted separately. No guaranteed rankings, AI citations or number of leads.
What changes on your website?
AI search optimisation—also called GEO or AEO—builds on good SEO. The work is to make useful information accessible, specific and supported by evidence.

What you do, who it helps and where you work.
Relevant projects, named expertise and accurate business details.
Scope, process, pricing approach and common questions.
A clear enquiry button with an explanation of what happens next.
Choose the right route
We start with the customer and your website. Paid campaigns are an optional, separately scoped next step.
Improve crawl access, page structure and useful content so your business can be discovered through relevant searches.
Explain your offer and expertise clearly. Review how your business appears in sampled AI answers and address gaps you can control.
Plan search intent, audiences, creative and landing pages for a suitable channel such as Google Search or Meta. Agree tracking and budget controls before launch.
Assess sponsored placements where a platform and your account support them. Buying an ad does not buy a recommendation in an organic AI answer.

Work directly with Rocky
I’m Rocky Jenkinson, founder of Rockmount AI in Hull. I build websites and software, and help businesses make their expertise clearer online.
At DIGI PAY 2026, I spoke about how Gen Z finds financial products and whether people would trust AI to choose for them. The question for your business is practical: can customers find enough useful information to choose you?
Before you decide
Want to check the basics yourself?
Use the free readiness checklist ↗Rockmount AI is based in Hull and works with businesses across the UK. We can review your website and collaborate remotely, agreeing the services, locations and customers that matter to your business.
We agree an audit and implementation schedule after reviewing the size of your website and the work needed. Search engines then need time to recrawl and evaluate changes. A completed website update is not the same as an indexed page or a proven increase in enquiries.
We work on the factors you can control: accessible pages, helpful answers, clear business information and credible evidence. The aim is stronger visibility for relevant questions, but specific rankings, citations and leads cannot be guaranteed.
We review agreed customer questions, priority pages, crawl and indexing controls, business information, content gaps and available performance data. You receive a prioritised plan and an implementation quote if you want us to carry out the changes.
They overlap. Strong technical SEO and useful content remain foundations. AI search also makes it useful to review how clearly your pages explain your business and answer the detailed questions people ask assistants.
Search crawling and model training controls are separate. We review the relevant crawler settings with you so your search visibility choices reflect your preferences; allowing search access does not guarantee inclusion.
The audit is scoped and quoted before work begins, based on the website and priority questions. Implementation and any ongoing review are separately agreed. You can commission the audit without committing to a rebuild or retainer.
We agree a baseline and review available search visibility, AI referral traffic and qualified enquiries. Sampled AI answers are recorded with their query and date; they are directional observations, not a universal ranking.
We can scope channel selection, audience and search-intent research, messaging, landing pages and measurement readiness. Launch and ongoing management are separately agreed, with account access, budget limits and suitable delivery expertise in place. Advertising spend is separate from our fees.
Paid advertising and organic AI answers are separate. We can assess available sponsored placements during scoping, but cannot sell or guarantee an organic recommendation.
Include your website address and the service you want people to find. Rocky will reply to discuss whether an audit is a useful next step.
No obligation to commission work. Usually a reply within one working day.
Our approach draws on Google’s AI search guidance. Search platforms decide what they show; no supplier can guarantee inclusion.
